Return and Exchange Policy
At Truckee Rug, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item. Please review the details of our return and exchange policy below:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and free from any damage or alterations.
- All original packaging, tags, and documentation must be included with the return.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at truckeerug@live.com or call us at (530) 745-4171 to request a return or exchange.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of your return or exchange request.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to process the refund.
- A restocking fee will not be charged unless the item is returned with damage not covered under our policy.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, we will ship the replacement item as soon as we receive the original item.
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference before the exchange is processed.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or special-order rugs are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Additional Notes:
- Truckee Rug reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
